Big enough reasons why 2

Many people get reasons why they want to do something, but they are not big enough reasons. To get to the really big reasons why you have to keep asking yourself "why".

Let me give you an example.

A lot of people say I want to eat healthy.

But you have to ask yourself, why do you really want to be healthy. Because being healthy is like yeah, so. It doesn't light you up, it doesn't set you on fire.

So ask yourself, why do you want to be healthy?

To have happy boys who listen. To cure my diabetes. To be healthier. To have more energy.

Keep asking yourself "why" with these. Why do you want these?

You don't want to "cure the diabetes" you want a cure because? You don't want to be healthier, you want to be healthier because?

You haven't yet gotten to the real reasons. The true reasons that will light you up. You don't want happy boys who listen. You want happy boys who listen because ...

Keep asking yourself why, why do you want these.

You will come up with reasons that really set your soul on fire. Ones that really light you up.

Write those reasons down. And every time you are presented with a choice regarding something that will bring you closer to your goal or farther away, remember your reasons why and the choice will be easy. Think of those reasons and the "urge" to do something different goes away.

Like with the boys.

If they were happy and listened, there would be more love between you. You want to experience the feeling of love you always want to be there. That is what I mean by why, why do you really want that. Get to those reasons and remind yourself of them daily.

You need to make sure your reasons why are really big.
