And you will often get listings back that show you where you can eat that is healthy.
Locally owned and operated Indian and Mediterranean type places also tend to be healthier. They use a lot of fresh vegetables, often have rice as the carb choice, and use less pre-packed foods to make the dishes.
You can go to restaurants that are more in the middle to High priced restaurants. The higher the price, generally the less pre-packaged and canned items they use. So ordering vegetables and wild caught fish from these restaurants is also a safe bet.
And more and more, you are getting restaurants that are healthy, and have excellent tasting food.
