Forgiveness is really simple and maybe easy.
All you do is Choose to totally forgive.
Choose to totally give up the right to use anything against them again.
and continue to choose forgiveness every time the choice presents itself.
When you are talking to one of your friends, and you want to "be mad, angry, upset or whatever" you simply choose forgiveness again.
Choosing to be "For Giving" because it frees you and give you the most power.
When you are feeling depressed and think about it, choose forgiveness, choose to let it go and give it up.
It will be a choice that presents itself many times. Sometimes you may forget to choose forgiveness and the more you choose forgiveness, the more of a habit it will become.
And when you choose forgiveness enough times, it will be a habit.
