And boy did we get a lesson in the 80/20 rule. For those of you not familiar with it there is a great book written all about it and how to use it.
The basics are this:
80% of your results are from 20% off the work you do. It is not always a direct 80/20 ration, but it means that most of the results can be traced back to a small percentage of the work.
Like in marketing, if you track results, 80% of your sales will come from 20% of your marketing.
In a store, 80% of your profit will come from 20% of your products
In life, 80% of your health will come from 20% of your efforts.
The ratio is not always 80/20, but it is always lopsided like this.
And we found a 99/1 ratio. We changed 2 little things, the 1%, and it is going to produce 99% of our immediate results of increasing the ability of the clinic to help people heal. Amazing.
