Today I am going to share about my thoughts on making love.
To me sex is different than making love. Sex is Sex.
Making love is a whole different ball game.
Love is complete acceptance, no ego agendas, no expectations, no needs, wants or shoulds. Love is just being. Love is all there is.
So imagine being with someone in an intimate way. No agendas, needs, expectations, wants or shoulds. NO attachments to having a goal of orgasm. No mind chatter. The mind completely at rest and peace. Thoroughly enjoying the experience. Being one, melding into the oneness of pure being. Losing yourself, losing your thoughts, losing your mind. Experiencing the beingness, not just the genital feelings. Feeling the whole body, the whole experience, beyond the body to pure experience.
One way to help do this is focusing on your heart center. Feeling the openness of love being in your heart.
Many people focus on the genital feeling only. Missing all the other experiences available. The skin touching, lips meeting, hands caressing, hearts beating, faces touching, and more. The experience of making love when taken all the way out goes beyond the body of experience. It becomes an experience of your partners experience. You can literally begin feeling the feelings your partner is experiencing.
It becomes an experience of oneness beyond borders.
That is what making love is like to me.
So begin by focusing on the feeling in your heart next time. And as you start to begin feeling your heart without conscious effort, begin expanding that to the whole body at the same time. As you do this, going beyond the body to your partner and more becomes easy. |
