Last week I went to a training in Kansas City for Fred Pyror. It was good.

This week I am in TX again. We are in the process of refinancing the property for a lower interest rate. On Tuesday the bank representatives are going to go check out the property. So I thought I would meet them there.
I am also giving a presentation to some people on how they can earn 15%+ returns on their money. And if you have been on my list, you know how much I love public speaking. In fact, so much, I am making a career out of it.
