So I was going to get some tickets to the world series game
I put an ad on craig’s list that I would stand in line and buy someone two tickets, if they bought me two tickets (because there was a limit of 4 tickets)
Then you know what happened? They decided to sell all the tickets online.
I actually found someone who was going to pay me the $1,000 up front, and then I was going to give him the tickets and any refund after I got the tickets.
Then at 10 am on Monday, when the tickets went on sale, the servers crashed.
They couldn’t handle the load of all the people wanting to buy tickets online.
12 hours later, the servers will still down.
They finally opened up sales of the tickets 26 hours after they were originally supposed to go on sale.
Online only still. And what happened?
We got no tickets. None. Oh well.
