Boulder is still awesome.
Despite the fact that it got down to -7 F (about -21 Celsius) and was the coldest it has been in boulder for 5 years, it is great.
It is back up in the 40’s and sunny again. Supposed to be near 60 this weekend and sunny.
Yoga is great. It is amazing how doing something every day exponentially speeds up your learning curve. When I want to learn something in the future, if at all possible, I am going to get lessons every day.
But I must say, -7 degrees here does NOT feel nearly as cold as -7 does in North Dakota, that is for sure.
When it is -45 F (same as -45 C) actual temp, with a windchill triple digits below zero, like 100 below plus. You pretty much just don’t do anything but sit inside and hope your heater keeps working. Which is a temperature it got to last year in ND. And previous years as well.
In fact, talking about weather, ND holds the record in the US for the greatest difference between the record High temp and the record low temp in the same spot.
Parshall ND was 69 below zero (-55 C) in Feb of 1938 and in July of 1938 they hit 121 F (50 C).
