Oprah did not air the secret on the same day they recorded it.
I will keep you updated when the Secret actually airs on Oprah.
I am sitting in Boulder CO writing this newsletter as we speak.
I love it here. Even when it is not temperature warm (like 45 F) the sun still makes it feel great.
So last week I went to NYC. I went for a seminar on creating wellness. www.creatingwellness.com is their website. It is for $30,000 worth of equipment that can actually measure what is called your wellness IQ. This is kind of like your IQ, but with how healthy or well you are.
See, using your symptoms or how you feel to gauge your health is a bad idea. Ever know someone who died of a heart attack unexpectedly? Or got diagnosed with cancer unexpectedly? Where these people healthy the moment before it happened? Nope. And often they were symptom free and felt fine.
So this machine will actually measure your wellness in an objective and subjective way to be a gauge of how well you actually are.
The best part about it is that it will then give specific recommendations that you can do to increase your wellness based on the measurements it took to come up with your Wellness IQ.
So what did I do in NYC?
I went to the www.crobar.com in NYC. This is the largest and usually most popular nightclub in NYC because they get the best DJ’s. And they pay them really well. Like 5 figures for one night’s worth of music playing.
I stayed out Saturday until 6:43 am on Sunday morning. Then I got up at 8 am to go to the last day of the seminar. And needless to say, I slept on the plane on the way home.
We also saw the empire state building, from the street and the top. Central Park at night, that is always fun and not as bad as everyone thinks. Times Square, and a few other places. That was my 4 th time there, so I had done all the touristy things before. But my friend who came with, had not. So that was fun. |
