So the new place we bought is going really well. Everything except filling the vacant apartments. They are not being filled as quickly as I want.

So I ordered a marketing kit put together by one of my mentors on how to fill vacancies quickly.

This is the first property we have purchased with such a low vacancy rate. So I am finding myself in new territory, learning new stuff, and I love it.
