“Persistent people begin their success where others end in failure.”-- Edward Eggleston

Did you succeed the first time you tried to ride a bike?
The first time you drew a picture?
The first time you tried to read?

Kids have failures all the time. But since they keep going, since kids don’t give up, since kids keep trying after their failure, it isn’t actually a failure.
Kids have setbacks and feedback along their path to success.
As adults, we have one setback of negative feedback, and we quite. We turn that into a failure by making it a stopping point.
