A short while ago I quoted myself. Saying that failure is only a pit stop on the road of success. Only when you give up from feedback and set backs does it actually become a failure.
When we learn as kids, we have feedback and set backs all the time.
Did you only fall down once when you learned to walk?
Did you succeed the first time you tried to ride a bike?
The first time you drew a picture?
The first time you tried to read?

Kids have failures all the time. But since they keep going, since kids don’t give up, since kids keep trying after their failure, it isn’t actually a failure.
Kids have setbacks and feedback along their path to success.
As adults, we have one setback of negative feedback, and we quite. We turn that into a failure by making it a stopping point. |
