Your thoughts are just chemical reactions.
You need certain proteins, essential fatty acids, and peptides in order to make the chemicals necessary to react and form thoughts.
So if your body is not getting those from your diet, or you are not able to digest them, or if your body is not able to convert what it needs to the right chemicals, or you cannot transport those materials in the body correctly, etc. Your thoughts will not work correctly.
Emotions – same thing. Your emotions are just chemical reactions. If any one of the above steps is out, your emotions will be off as well.
So in order to get your body to function like you want, including your thoughts and emotions, you need to make sure your body is well.
