Take action to accept what is now. Either do one of the above today, or find and do something else today.
Now, it is also of great benefit to remove judgment. Because judgment is not accepting what is. The problem is, you cannot remove something. You have to put in a new action. Accepting what is – is the new behavior to eliminate judgment.
