It always amazes me when someone argues with me about why it is impossible to change something that they actually don’t want. They will actually argue for the way things are, even though they don’t like the way things are.
I try and give people a way out, a way to change the very thing they don’t like, but refuse to even try and see why they might be able to change it. In fact argue for it.
So today, change a belief. Find one major belief that you don’t like, that doesn’t support you and change it.
Change it now.
Then as extra credit and bonus points, do this at least once every week.
