We like to think our conscious mind is in control. But the reality is, our unconscious mind is in control.
See, if our conscious mind were in control, would anyone every do anything they didn’t want to? If people wanted to stop something, they would. But they don’t.
Habits are formed and run by our unconscious mind.
And what dictates our unconscious mind? Our beliefs.
So if you have habits or results in your life you don’t like. The only way to change them is to go to the source. To change your beliefs.
