I am going to review a classic but great exercise. Gratitude. Being grateful for everything you have and feeling the emotions of gratitude (Love) as you are being thankful for those things.
You can be grateful for your eyes, being able to walk, being able to read this, think, smile, laugh. It doesn’t have to be external things. It can be the most important things, your health, your Creator, yourself or whatever. The more you feel the feelings of being grateful, the more you will attract things to be grateful for in the “outside” world.
