Create a default happy thought
This week I talked about your emotional guidance system. And I said if you don’t like the way your body feels, change your thoughts. Well, this is not so easy to do when you are sad or down and not liking how your body feels.
So when you have a default thought that you currently go to when you are not feeling good, it makes it much easier.
So what is your default happy thought you will automatically go to whenever you are not feeling good? So you can change your thoughts and how you feel.
