Create a picture of what you want And focus only upon that.
Instead of the traditional goal setting and all the rules, what I want you to do is create a picture in your head of what you want. Maybe even a short mental movie.
When you had what you want, what would that picture of short movie look like.
Now feel what it would feel like when that picture or movie was real now. Really get into those feelings.
Now, whenever you don’t like how you are feeling or what you are thinking, go back to this picture or movie. And begin feeling those great feelings again.
This will help you bring that about in your life.
But make sure to keep doing it. Because this is like a seed. If you plant a seed and water it and tend to it, but then quit right before the seed breaks the top of the ground, you will not see any results. You must wait for the seed to break the surface and keep growing. It will. Some seeds take longer than others to grow.
One important note. You cannot “Not” visualize something. So if you want to be out of pain, you cannot visualize “no pain” you must visualize the thing. Feeling good. This is natural when you set your goals with pictures or movies, but sometimes people project the “thought” of no pain into their picture. Rather than feeling good in the picture.
