Gratitude is that of loving and appreciating what you have.
Make a list right now of 5-10 things you are grateful for. And each day go through those things you are grateful for. This should be a fun exercise, not one of drudgery or having to do it.
So make it fun and really experience the emotions of gratitude while being grateful for those things.
This will automatically start attracting more things like this into your life. Plus it is fun and seems to make people happier as well. |
