Set a daily timer to take a look at your focus. When the timer goes off, think about what you were just thinking. Was it worry? Or was it constructive.
And when you do worry. Are you focused on all the things that could go wrong and how powerless you are? Or are you focused on something bigger than yourself that has the power to bring about good?
Start focusing on what action steps you can take to move you forward. To do something. Focus on moving towards peace.
