Freedom from past guilt.
Think of something you feel guilty about in the past.
Now release that guilt through forgiving yourself, and if needed, forgiving the other people involved.
Forgiveness is giving up the right to ever use that against yourself in the future.
Forgiveness is being totally loving towards yourself.
Know that you could not have done it any differently with where you were at the time. Because if you could have, you would have. But since you didn’t, you couldn’t have.
