This is kind of a cruddy way to look at it.
No matter how bad you got it, there are people who have it worse.
Just by virtue of reading this now you are in the top 10% of people on the planet.
We forget to be grateful for everything we do have because it has always been there, so we just begin to accept it, we get accustomed to it. And we are no longer grateful for it. The remedy is very simple.
Be Grateful for everything you do have. NO matter if it has been there your whole life or not. Really get present to all the things there are to be grateful for.
