Get the course in miracles and begin doing the daily lessons. If you miss a day, or two, or a week or two, just keep doing a new lesson and practicing it when you have time. Each lesson is about 1 page long and usually takes no more than 15 minutes to read and do. Some are a little longer, some are really short.
Then, as you have time and as you want to, read the text.
It literally took me a year to read the text.
There are 365 lessons, so they will take you at least a year to do. Because you do NOT want to do more than 1 lesson a day. |
