3 times today envision how all humans are connected and one with God for at least a minute.
Do this as a rest and completely let go and relax as you are doing this. If your mind wanders from this simply bring it back to the connection. Be at peace with whatever your mind does for this minute. It is all perfect.
All humans are one and connected with God. We are all the “Sons” of God. We have just forgotten our birthright.
And I can speak for this from direct experience. I was in a seminar doing an exercise. And in a moment of “Clarity” I could see everyone in the room, the pure love they were expressing, and all their filters and belief systems that were decreasing that pure expression of love they were. I could see this love in everyone and everywhere. It had no boundaries. It had not defined limits.
And Then My vision opened up to the world. I could see how ALL humans were part of and one with this pure expression of ultimate LOVE. And I could see (actually it was more like a knowing) their filters and belief systems that were distorting and blocking the pure expression of love they are.
Not everyone may have had experiences like this, but I think on a deep inner knowing level, you all sense how we are all connected, but not sure how it is so.
And just imagining the connection, whether or not you fully understand it, helps to bring you closer to the true knowing of this reality. |
