Get a water filter and drink water
Water that comes out of the tap – even if you live in the country – is loaded with an average of 261 chemicals that are toxic to humans.
Getting even a cheap $35 Brita or Pur water filter (the type that goes on the faucet or pitchers you put in the fridge) will be a huge step for very little cost to getting good quality drinking water.
The best water is Reverse Osmosis (RO). And there are many places you can get RO units for your house. I actually have some on my site.
Before I would spend money on an RO unit, I would get a shower filter first.
You will absorb more toxins from a 10 minute shower than drinking a gallon of water. So if Budget is a concern, get a inexpensive brita/pur type filter and a shower filter.
Then if you want, step up your drinking water to RO water.
How much water should you drink? Roughly half your body weightin ounces each day. And the only thing that counts as water is water.
Until Your urine is a light yellow or clear color. Then you know you have been drinking enough water.
