Shop more in the health food section of Your Grocery store.
Most Regular Grocery stores have a health food section, or sections in each aisle of health food. Simply make your selections from this part of the grocery store. It will significantly increase how healthy you are eating.
Without reading labels, without knowing about nutrition, with out knowing what to look for and what not to buy, you can easily and dramatically increase the quality of the food you are eating. Just make your selections from the healthy parts of the store.
You can also go to a health food store and just get whatever you want from there.
And the greatest part is you can find all of the foods you like to eat. Everything (almost – have yet to find healthy marshmallows) you commonly eat can be found in a healthy version that tastes just as good.
As long as you are not comparing it and expecting it to taste like the food you commonly eat.
