There is a principle called Pareto’s principle
It says that 80% of your results in life come from 20% of your effort.
Now, the ration is not always exact, but it is usually very close.
Which means that 20% of your exercise efforts produce 80% of your weightloss efforts.
20% of your ideal weight efforts cause 80% of your results.
So figure out what the 20% is in any area of your life, and make sure you do that 20% always.
In any area that is important to you, figure out the 20% actions that are producing 80% of your results and make sure you always do that 20%.
