Make a list of what you are thankful for.
A lot of people are so busy focusing on the things about their life they don’t like they forget about what they are thankful for.
I would strongly recommend – right now – creating a list of what you are grateful for. What you are thankful for.
Whenever you are not in a good mood, or find yourself complaining, or wining, or anything related to the previous, go look at this list.
