Rest People go through life and never really rest. Even when they sleep they still don't rest. Rest and Sleep are not the same thing, but they can happen at the same time. Have you ever woken up in the morning just as tired as when you went to bed? This is because you didn't get any rest.
Resting is as simple as sitting or laying down in the middle of the day and doing nothing. Including not thinking about everything you are going to do when you get up from resting.
You can also turn your sleep into relaxation. One of the ways is clearing your mind before you go to sleep. Another way is using relaxation CD's or EFT or the Sedona Method or hypnosis or many other ways. (if you don't know what all these are don't worry)
