Post Thanksgiving activity. Most people do not get fat overnight. They gain a couple pounds a week over time. They add the pounds with almost ever noticing. Until one day they notice the 50 pounds they added over the last year.
If you are like most you probably gained 5 pounds over thanksgiving alone. Unless of course you did my recommendations from my previous newsletter. So what do you do now? Go for walk. Going for a walk for 20 minutes 3 times a week is all you need to do to help get rid of those couple pounds you may have added. Especially if you have not been doing any form of sustained physical activity.
