Are you ready to make your life even easier? Then this is the insight for you.
As a great “baby step” I tell people to follow their inner knowing. To listen to the “knowing” that some people call their “gut” their “heart” or the “God-Self within” and many more different names. But it is the connection that we all have to the source we were created from.
When you follow your inner knowing, it will bring you far in life with amazing ease and simplicity.
The next baby step is . . .
Being Your Inner Knowing.
To help you fully understand this I am going to share some background information that some of you may already know. Then I will go into explaining what I mean by Be Your Inner Knowing.
You are not your mind. Your mind is a tool given to you to use and create with in the image of God. You are a creative being. You can control your thoughts and your mind. But often what happens is we get “confused” at some point and become identified with our mind. We think we are our thoughts. We think the mind is who we are. IT IS NOT.
Your true being is a spiritual self. Some call it a soul, some call it Self with a capital “s”, some call it Spirit, Some call it God, in my world, a rose by any other name is still a rose. But this true self you are is not your mind. Your mind in this analogy would not be a rose, but a tulip.
This true self that you are I have often called your inner knowing. It is your connection to source. This inner knowing will guide you and direct you in life. It will NEVER lead you astray. It will always create perfection for you. And when you follow it and listen to it, your life will be easier for it.
But then your mind jumps in and says, but wait, what about X, what about Y, you cannot do that, I am all important and you must listen to me. I am the voice of reason and logic. But what your mind doesn’t tell you is that it is reason and logic based on EXTREMELY limited knowledge.
Your Inner Knowing, Your True Self is based on 100% knowledge of the universe. It has all the information to base it’s information and decisions on.
One of my favorite examples is this.
How many times have you listened to your mind over your inner knowing/gut or what you “knew” you should do? And then you looked back and said to yourself some version of, I knew better, I knew I should have listened, but you didn’t.
How many times have you listened to your inner knowing over your mind, over what made “logical” sense and later you were so glad you did. So glad you listened because it worked out for the best even though you didn’t know why at the time?
Now the real question almost no one asks.
How many times have you listened to your inner knowing over you mind looked back and regretted it? Have you ever done this even once? I have yet to meet someone that can come up with a conrete example of when this actually happened.
So the question is, if you have never regretted listening to your inner knowing, if every time you listen to your inner knowing you are better off, and if you often listen to your mind over your inner knowing and do regret it later, which one do you want to do more of?
Me personally, I listen to my inner knowing.
Now comes the baby step.
You are that inner knowing. That is who you are. That is your True Self. That consciousness that is “beyond” the mind. That knows all and is connected to the source of your creator is YOU.
And when you start being your inner knowing, when you start being your true self, that is when real power begins pouring forth.
Be Your Inner Knowing.
