Do you want something different in your life than what you have right now? Whether that is relationships, money, health, happiness, Love, God, or anything that you do not see yourself with now, that you do want?
In order to get that, you must do something different, that will make you uncomfortable, you will not probably get it right the first time you do it, and you must change your thinking to do so.
First, a few ideas.
Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result. Albert Einstein said that.
You cannot solve the problems with the same level of thinking that created them. Albert Einstein also said that.
So, when you do what you are comfortable doing, it is because you have done it before.
So the only way to do something different is to do something that is uncomfortable.
When kids learn, they fail a lot, and they learn because of the failure. They don’t give up after they fail once, they keep trying, using the failure as feedback of what not to do, until they get it right.
But we as adults try something new, that might be uncomfortable, fail once, and give up trying. We throw our hands in the air and say, I cannot do it.
So when you are doing things that are uncomfortable, remember to learn like a child learns. Use the failure as feedback, and keep doing it.
And don’t forget to get different thinking.
Remember, whatever you are trying to change in your life, is a “problem”. And your thinking created that problem.
So not only do you have to do something different, do something uncomfortable, be prepared to fail in the learning process as you are learning like a child, you must change your thinking.
Your thoughts must be different, otherwise, if you “solve” the problem, you will only go back to the problem you had, because you didn’t change your thinking.
What does that mean? You must give up being right about everything. You must realize that even if you are “right” about what you think you are, being right and the level of thinking you have about what is “right” is not getting you the results you want.
You must believe different things.
You must see things differently.
You must judge things oppositely of what you have.
You must remove judgments about what is good or bad.
You must remove judgments about what is right or wrong.
You must think differently.
Now, you do not have to do all of those, but you must do some of them. If you don’t change your thinking, you will go right back to the same results.
This is also the biggest reason why so many people have trouble losing weight, and when they do lose it, why they gain their weight right back. They never changed their thinking.

So how do you think differently?
There are many ways.
Books and Seminars are the 2 most common ways this happens for people in today’s culture. When you read books or go to seminars, not to see what already is in alignment with what you believe. But when you read books or go to seminars to see what you can learn that is not already what you believe. To get new beliefs.
