So focusing on what you want brings that about in your reality.
But monitoring your thoughts all the time can be tough.
There is an easier way to monitor your thoughts.
It is called your emotional guidance system.
How it works is there are basically two feelings. Bad and Good. All the feelings and types of feelings that you call good are “good”. All the ones you don’t like the feelings you don’t like to feel are “bad”
The easiest way to focus on what you want is to use these feelings.
If you do not like the way you feel, quit thinking those thoughts, think of something else you like.
If you like the way you feel, keep having those thoughts.
Your emotions or emotional guidance system will tell you which thoughts are bringing you closer to what you want and which thoughts are bringing you away from what you want.
Instead of having to monitor all your thoughts, now you can just use your emotional guidance system.
When you are feeling good, keep thinking those thoughts.
When you are feeling bad, think of something else.
