Most people know that worry is not good and only brings them towards disease. But yet people worry anyway.
So what can you do to stop worrying?
Use your emotional guidance system
Monitoring your thoughts to find when you are worrying and then not doing it can be very hard.
But using your emotional guidance system makes it easy.

When you are feeling bad, think about something else until you feel good. When you are feeling good, keep having thoughts like you are having when you feel good.
