You can have a habit of doing something, just as much as you can have a habit of not doing something.
Most people talk about habits as something you do repeatedly.
Well I say you can actually have a habit of not doing something. Like not exercising, or not eating healthy, or not ______________

And to break a habit of not doing something is just as hard as breaking a habit where you are actually doing something.
That is why it can be so “hard” to start doing something new.
You actually have to break the habit you have of not doing it first.
Then form it into a habit of doing it.
