The ultimate “cause” –if you will- of all our problems is unconscious guilt.
But the problem is, it is unconscious. We are not even aware of the guilt.
So what can you do if you don’t know about the guilt?
Forgive and Be Loving.
See, we think as humans we have to know what is “wrong” before we can fix what is wrong. That is true when it comes to the external world.
But not when it comes to healing, wellness, the body, and your mind. Because there is an intelligence that knows about the guilt in your unconscious mind. Call it God, Call it Inner Wisdom, Call it whatever you want. The intelligence that created your body is the intelligence that knows where the guilt is.
The beauty of how your mind works is you will “see” that which is a reflection of what is in your unconscious mind.
So when you start forgiving what it is you are seeing “out there” you are healing the unconscious guilt in your mind.
But not forgiveness in the traditional way people think of forgiveness.
Forgiveness in the realization that nothing happened and there is nothing to forgive
Not judging (because who are we to judge) or seeing it as it is (which is still judgment) and then forgiving them because you are the “better” person (more judgment of better). That doesn’t do anything.
