You attract what you focus on most.
Said another way, God will give you what you pray about most.
Said another way, every thought you think is a prayer to God.
So what are you thinking about most? Your Pain? Your Symptoms? or feeling good and being healthy?
There is a DVD called “The Secret” and it will inspirationally tell you in simple ways that when you hear it you will say to yourself, “Exactly, I knew that”.
I also recommend you keep a copy of your goals and desires in life. And whenever you think about what you don’t want (whenever you catch yourself praying to God for your problem that you don’t want) then go and focus on your goals and desires.
The key is really having a lot of emotions when you are thinking (praying) about what you want.
This brings in the obvious problem with most. When people get angry, upset, and frustrated they get very emotional as they are focusing on the very thing they don’t want.
That which you focus on with the most energy (and all emotions are just energy) is what you get.
Many people only do a mental exercise when you are focusing on what they want.
But often the energy of anger, upset and frustration come up and people are focusing on what they don’t want. So they end up attracting that which you don’t want into your life because of all the emotions (anger, upset, frustration) you put into the thoughts of what you don’t want. Often as a conditioned response.
Gratitude, being grateful, love, joy, peace, these are all powerful emotions and feelings that you must put yourself in the state of when focusing on your goals and desires.
You can anchor these feelings in to make them easier to access in the future. Like the dog with the ringing bell and steak.
Each time you experience these feelings, you can do something like put your hand on your heart. Do this repeatedly. And eventually what will happen is just putting your hand on your heart will bring back those positive feelings.
