Inner Knowing and what it isn’t.
Your emotions are different than your inner knowing.
The voice in your head is different than your inner knowing.
I talk a lot about following your inner knowing. So how do you do this and what is the difference between emotions and the voice in your head.
If you have not been following your inner knowing most of your life like many people, it may be hard to hear what it is saying at first.
Listening to your inner knowing is like using your muscles. If you don’t use them, they will get smaller. The same thing with this knowing. If you are not listening it will get quieter.
And when you start listening, it will become louder.
So how do you do this at first?
Use your emotional guidance system to do so.
What is your emotional guidance system?
A beautiful gift from God to help you bring your thoughts into alignment with your true self and what you want.
It is simple. If you don’t like the way your body feels, quit thinking the thoughts you are thinking.
If you like the way your body is feeling, keep thinking those thoughts.
There are basically only two types of emotions. Good and Bad. All the emotions you experience either can be categorized as good or bad. What determines this? what you say. If you like the way it feels, keep doing and thinking that. If you don’t, don’t.
So what this means is, if you are not sure the difference between your inner knowing and the voice in your head or emotions, simply follow one. Then pay attention to how your body feels. If your body feels good, that was your inner knowing. If your body doesn’t feel good, that was your mind or emotions.
The problem that some people might have with this is they learn like adults, not kids. So |
