I also made a distinction this week I have never consciously made before.
That of the difference between Faith and Belief.
Belief is created by the ego in ideas, concepts and things that may or may not be true. And my definition of true is that of which is “true” to God.
Your Higher Self or Holy Spirit actually goes beyond that. And that is where faith comes from. It comes from knowing, knowing with the certainty of God. Not just believing.
People Die for beliefs. People also Die for their Faith in things.
So in my world eliminating all beliefs, whether they serve you or not, and moving into faith is the real connection with God. |
