Putting in Requests with the Big Guy Upstairs
I was talking to my friend about asking God for stuff, and she said something that was very profound for me, but yet extremely simple.
Talk to God as your best friend, because she is.
I also added these:
God wants to give you everything so just know and expect that you will receive what you are asking for. And generate all the love in the world that you can, that you have for God when you are doing this. Or said another way, being loving.
Since I got this, it has been so freeing. So peaceful. Just to get how this works. (and hey, even if it doesn’t, it is a belief that empowers me so I will keep it)
