Fear only happens in the future.
It cannot happen now and it cannot happen about the past.
So whenever you are fearful, you are not here and now. You are in the future. Every single time. Your mind is thinking about some future event of what might or might not be.
Because right now, there is nothing to be fearful of. You know what has happened, what is so. It is the future that people have fear of.
When you think of the past, do you experience fear? Nope. Unless you think of the past and imagine something about what might happen in the future.
So how do you eliminate fear, quit worrying or thinking about the future. Understand there is this force that created the universe guiding this ship we call earth. And whatever is meant to be is what will happen.
If it is not meant to be, it will not happen.
Choose what you focus on now wisely. Because that will be what you experience in the future.
Whenever you are experiencing fear that is your body reminding you to quit thinking those thoughts.
