People often ask me, what is the one thing I can do that will make the biggest difference for me?
And the answer I give is
Take 100% responsibility for everything in your life
Take 100% responsibility for your health
Take 100% responsibility for your wealth
Take 100% responsibility for your relationships
Take 100% responsibility for everything in your life.
Taking responsibility means no excuses. No reasons out there of why you don’t have what you want.
Excuses are the one thing that poor and unccessful people have the rich people don’t.
See, when you blame things and circumstances and people outside of you, you do not have control over them. So if the problem is out there, there is nothing you can do, you are the victim, and that is that.
Successful people say, well, that is just an obstacle, a challenge or a problem that needs to be dealt with and handled. It may take more energy to overcome that circumstance that is out there. But it is not an excuse or reason to not have what you want.
Whether that is in your health, your wealth, your happiness, or whatever.
Your health means that there are no drugs or pills that will cure you. That you must be proactive, and do what is necessary to be healthy. The 7 things I talk about in my book, the creators manual for your body, for aligning your thoughts with what you want, etc. Not writing it off to jeans, DNA, your upbringing, your parents, etc.
Your Wealth means that it is not your parents fault, it is not your education, it is not your lack of hard work, it is nothing other than your choices. Choose differently and you will have different outcomes.
Etc.
When you fully take on responsibility for everything in your life, and quit blaming others, blaiming circumstances, making excuses of why things are not the way they should be, and when you stop placing the cause outside of you for the results you have in your life, you get a tremendous sense of freedom.
So you can have your excuses and reasons, and let them stop you.
Or you can have your happiness, health, wealth and all the other things you want.
