So what is the insight of the week this week?
Beliefs are the reason why even though some people know what to do, they still do nothing.
Why knowing what to do and doing what you know are often 2 entirely different things.
People have beliefs that are not serving them getting in the way. And when you change the beliefs behind this, you will automatically find yourself starting to do more of what you know. Doing more of what you have been intending to do.
Let me give you an example:
If you believe that you are not worthy or deserving (or some variation of this) you will not do things that help you make a good living, or be healthy, or look good. Even though you may know how to do this, you still won’t.
So go back and start the habit of changing your belief systems. It will change your life. |
